The Snapdragon 616 features an octa-core CPU configuration with eight ARM Cortex-A53 cores, divided into two clusters. Four high-performance cores clocked at up to 1.7 GHz handle demanding tasks, while four power-efficient cores running at up to 1.2 GHz manage less intensive activities, ensuring a smooth multitasking experience with optimized power consumption.
For graphics, the Snapdragon 616 integrates the Adreno 405 GPU, which offers decent performance for casual gaming and multimedia applications. The GPU supports modern graphics APIs and delivers smooth visuals and responsive rendering, enhancing the user experience for basic gaming and media consumption.
The chipset includes the Qualcomm X5 LTE modem, supporting download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. This ensures reliable mobile internet connectivity.
