The MediaTek Helio X30 is a high-end SoC designed to deliver premium performance and advanced features for smartphones and tablets. Announced in early 2017, it is built using a cutting-edge 10-nanometer process technology, offering significant improvements in power efficiency and processing power.
The Helio X30 features a deca-core CPU configuration with a tri-cluster architecture: two high-performance ARM Cortex-A73 cores clocked at up to 2.6 GHz for demanding tasks, four Cortex-A53 cores at 2.2 GHz for balanced performance, and four power-efficient Cortex-A35 cores running at up to 1.9 GHz for everyday activities. This configuration ensures optimal performance and energy efficiency across various workloads.
For graphics, the Helio X30 integrates the PowerVR 7XTP-MT4 GPU, delivering excellent performance for gaming and high-definition multimedia applications. The GPU supports advanced graphics APIs and provides smooth, high-frame-rate visuals, enhancing the overall user experience.
The chipset includes support for LPDDR4x RAM, ensuring fast data access and efficient multitasking capabilities. It also supports UFS 2.1 storage, allowing for quick read and write speeds, which contribute to overall system responsiveness.
