The MediaTek Helio P65 is a mid-range SoC designed to deliver balanced performance and advanced features for smartphones and tablets. Announced in June 2019, it is built using a 12-nanometer FinFET process technology, which ensures a good balance between power efficiency and performance for various mobile applications.
The Helio P65 features an octa-core CPU configuration with two high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 cores clocked at up to 2.0 GHz and six power-efficient ARM Cortex-A55 cores running at up to 1.7 GHz. This setup provides strong performance for demanding tasks while maintaining excellent energy efficiency for everyday activities and multitasking.
For graphics, the Helio P65 integrates the ARM Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, delivering solid performance for gaming and high-definition multimedia applications. The GPU supports advanced graphics APIs and ensures smooth and responsive visuals, enhancing the overall user experience.
The chipset includes an enhanced AI Processing Unit (APU), which significantly improves AI-driven applications such as real-time image processing, facial recognition, and intelligent camera features. This AI engine boosts the overall responsiveness and intelligence of the device, enabling advanced AI capabilities.
